Hello, we are Rick and Pam Graffagna, we have lived in the Chicago area for most of our lives, raising our three beautiful children here. We both have senior parents and know what it is like when life begins to change for your parents.
We understand your situation and know that each one is unique. We are happy to listen to your particular situation, to better understand what you’re looking for, in regards to Senior Living and care options including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care for your loved one.
When it is convenient, we will meet with you to better explain our service. We will provide you with a manageable list of senior care options for you to tour and make an informed decision. These options are based on your specific needs: geographic preference; level of care; special amenities or lifestyle requests; and financial circumstances.
In addition, we will coordinate and schedule tours to the communities of your choice. Very often, we will personally accompany you and your family on these tours of assisted living and other senior housing options, and we do this at NO COST to you.
We are a family owned and operated business focused on helping you and your family find the best and most suitable living and/or care arrangement. In addition, we are a resource and advocate helping provide or find answers to the most pressing senior-related questions that you face.
