I had no idea how to start the process of moving my sister-in-law into assisted living. Rick took the time to explain the process with me. He was very patient and allowed me to ask a multitude of questions. After he asked me some questions to gather info pertaining to our situation, Rick sent a small list of good local facilities to get us started. We found a facility quickly that my sister-in-law and our family are extremely comfortable with. Rick made a really difficult process so much easier. He is so well-known in the senior living industry, so it was like being introduced to the different communities by an old friend.
